What this site collects, what it does not, and who to write to. Short, because there is not much to say.
Setpat Technologies, Unipessoal Lda. is the controller for any personal data this site processes. Full company details are on the imprint.
The legal basis for the delivery network and the logs is our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Nothing else about a visitor is stored.
The RSS feeds are plain files served by us and carry no tracking. Links to X, Bluesky and other third-party sites, including the share buttons and the archived sources under each verdict, take you to those services only when you click them; nothing is loaded from them beforehand. Once there, their privacy terms apply.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data about visitors, and we do not use it for advertising.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). Because this site keeps no accounts and no profiles, in most cases there is nothing held about you to act on. If you believe otherwise, write to hello@setpat.com and you will get an answer.
This notice is dated. If it changes, the new version carries a new date; there is no separate change log.
